Are permits needed to hold a Raffle?
Maybe, but probably not. 99% of all orders we make and ship throughout the United States do not have any permit information on them. But since it's really a local issue, you should check with your city, county or township office.

Can I get a proof before you print my order?
Most people don't want to take the extra time to review a proof....it delays production until the proof is returned to us. We produce lots of orders every day, and our people are really good at making your order look it's best. But you certainly can get a proof.
How to request a proof:
--> Enter "Please Email (or Fax) Proof" instead of the NAME at the credit card area.
--> You can send the credit card info when you return the proof.
--> The first 2 proofs are free, $5.00 for each additional proof.
--> Make sure you enter your FAX number! :-)

Can I get tickets made into books?
Because our system is designed for getting your order to you in the shortest possible time we cannot make books of tickets. We've made millions of tickets in the last few months, and most people feel the speed of our process outweighs the need to wait 2-3 weeks for their local printer to make ticket books. Quite often, orders are ready-to-ship the very same day we received it - our system is really that fast.

How do I know my order was shipped?
We'll send a shipping acknowledgement as soon as we have shipped your order. We include a Tracking Number from the Shipping Company to assist you in following the progress of your order. We'll send it to the e-mail address you entered on the order form.

When will I receive my order?
After leaving our plant in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania it will take approximately 1-7 delivery days to reach you via UPS Ground Service or US Postal Service. This information is a GUIDE ONLY and DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC DAY OF DELIVERY. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, you must contact us for Overnight/Air Service shipping options.

Can I include a logo?
We can place your logo on many items we make. Send your logo as an attachment to an e-mail along with your order. Tell us where you want it to appear. (ie: upper left, background, etc.) We will send you a proof via Fax or Email. Please allow a little extra time to review the proof. There is a $15. charge for processing a logo.
We recommend:
    Black & white LINE ART art scan
    (Grayscale images may not reproduce well, depending on the image.)
    Minimum resolution of 300 DPI
    (72 DPI GIF and JPG website images may not print clearly.)
    Save the file as a PC-TIF, PDF or EPS.

Your information remains private! We do NOT sell, we do NOT rent, we do NOT trade any information, to anyone. We are a very small company and your business means much more to us than anything we would gain by selling our customer list.

Can I use a check or money order to pay for an order?
Payment by check will delay your order until the check has cleared the bank. This may take up to two weeks, before your order ships. Money Order and Credit Card orders usually are ready-to-ship the next business day. Make checks payable to "Almo Printers, Inc." So we can properly process your order: Please enter "Check (or Money Order) to be mailed" in place of Your Name in the credit card area.

Need to Re-Order Raffle Tickets?
If you need more raffle tickets, please DO NOT enter a new order on our website! Our goal is to make sure that your numbers run continuously, and that there is no possibility of ever getting a duplicate number. (If you enter a new order on the website the numbers will re-start at 1000.) We recommend that you re-order by E-MAIL or FAX.

Cancelling an order
Orders can be canceled by calling us at 215-242-1200. It is very important that you call us ASAP! If your order has not started production we can usually issue a full refund, but bear in mind that we have very fast production times, so that your order may enter production within minutes of it being received. We custom manufacture each and every order so we cannot reuse items for any other order. Once the order has been started, you will be responsible for the work already done. After an order has been shipped we are unable to issue a refund.
